Each day, you’ll focus on one key area that directly impacts how you feel in midlife—nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and daily habits. Instead of trying to change everything at once, you’ll build awareness one layer at a time.

You’ll follow the meal plan throughout, but each day will give you a specific lens to pay attention through.
