Hi, I’m Courtney.
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Courtney Wagner Wellness, a coaching and education platform dedicated to helping women navigate the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts of midlife with clarity, confidence, and evidence-based support.
I specialize in working with women through perimenopause and menopause, a stage of life that can often feel confusing, isolating, and full of unexpected changes. Through an integrative approach that combines nutrition, lifestyle medicine, sleep optimization, stress resilience, and sustainable habit change, I help women better understand what is happening in their bodies and how to support their health in a practical, realistic way.
My goal is to simplify what can often feel overwhelming. Midlife health is complex, but with the right information and guidance, women can restore energy, improve metabolic health, sleep better, and feel more like themselves again.
I’m also the founder of Food Is Medicine Kitchen, a nutrition platform built on the belief that what we eat has the power to profoundly influence how we feel. Through thoughtfully designed, condition-specific meal plans, Food Is Medicine Kitchen helps individuals use food as a powerful tool for supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
Through private coaching, group programs, workshops, and speaking engagements, I’m committed to helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered during the midlife transition. I believe this stage of life is not a decline, but an opportunity to rebuild health, strength, and vitality for the decades ahead.
I live in Atlanta and am passionate about bringing greater awareness, education, and support to women navigating the menopause transition.
