I'm an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Courtney Wagner Wellness, where I help women navigate the hormonal and metabolic changes of midlife with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause using a practical, evidence-informed approach that integrates nutrition, lifestyle medicine, sleep optimization, stress resilience, and sustainable habit change.

Over the years, I've seen how confusing and isolating midlife health can feel. My goal is to simplify what's happening in your body and give you the tools, guidance, and support you need to restore energy, improve metabolic health, and feel like yourself again.

What if I can't make the live calls?

All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You can also submit questions in advance to be answered on the call. Life happens — we've got you covered.

Do I need to be in perimenopause or menopause to join?

Not at all. This program is designed for midlife women broadly (38–60) regardless of where you are hormonally. The nutrition, lifestyle, and habit strategies are effective and relevant at every stage.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for about 75 minutes per week: the 60-minute live call plus a little time with your workbook. This program is designed to fit into a real, full life — that's the whole point.

What is Food is Medicine Kitchen?

Food is Medicine Kitchen is Courtney's hormone-friendly recipe and meal plan library. Your enrollment includes unlimited access to the full collection — seasonal recipes, meal frameworks, and practical guides to support your metabolic health all summer long.

What platform are the calls on?
