Hi, I’m Courtney.

I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Courtney Wagner Wellness, where I help women navigate the hormonal and metabolic changes of midlife with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause using a practical, evidence-informed approach that integrates nutrition, lifestyle medicine, sleep optimization, stress resilience, and sustainable habit change.

Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing and isolating midlife health can feel for many women. My goal is to simplify what’s happening in your body and give you the tools, guidance, and support you need to restore energy, improve metabolic health, and feel like yourself again.
