Group Coaching Packages
Midlife can bring changes that feel confusing and unexpected. Sleep becomes unpredictable, energy dips, metabolism shifts, and the strategies that used to work for your body suddenly don’t.
Group coaching is fantastic for those seeking community during midlife. We offer small-group coaching experience designed to help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and learn practical, sustainable ways to support their health during perimenopause and menopause.
We focus on the foundational pillars that most influence midlife wellbeing—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and hormone education—while creating space for real conversation and support with other women navigating the same stage of life.
Each group program is a bit unique and is designed to give you structure, clarity, and community, so you can begin implementing strategies that support your body now and for the years ahead.
Group sizes are intentionally limited to 15 women or less to keep the experiences personal and supportive.
